MY STORY

 

Welcome to Forever Living and my personal story.  I am Michelle, a qualified and fully practicising osteopath living in the UK with 2 young children.  I am newly converted to Forever Living Products and it’s only just now that the opportunities available within this company are being made available to me.

My journey started when I commented on a friends child’s healthy looking skin.  I asked “what are you feeding this child?” as I’d never seen a child look this healthy with a luminosity of her skin that looked like she’d ingested gold dust!  When she said simply that it was Aloe as she’d had horrendous eczema as a baby I was a little surprised.  My son had experienced something similar but I’d never tried Aloe.

This basically set my wheels in motion.  Before I joined I elected to try a Clean 9 which was the detox package.  I had climbed Kilimanjaro three years prior and had never fully restored my health.  I was constantly tired, demotivated, I was quick to put on weight, spotty and felt very middle aged.  I lost just over half a stone, had excess energy (that so never happens at the end of my day) and my skin had the glow - that got me hooked. 

I decided to give Forever Living Products a go.  I was still unaware of the profit potential but was more than aware of the health benefits.  My sponsor (and I believe that this is the bit that makes a difference for anybody out there who is considering joining) worked tirelessly with me.  She got me to do a newsletter to friends, family and anybody that may be interested in the products or business.  I arranged a few evenings of product launch to local professional women/men in my area and I didn’t even have to stand up and say a word – My Sponsor Did!

When I hear that the company distributes 6% of its country’s wealth at the end of the year (for me - obviously it’s the UK) I was fascinated who gets this.  The better you perform, the better your team performs, the bigger your share at the end of the year.  That could motivate others but for me however – I’m still interested in how my patient’s are faring.  So far, it’s looking good.  I’ve created a grid that we can assess decrese pain, increased energy or just a basic feeling of wellness after each bottle of Aloe.  I haven’t come across anybody that it hasn’t benefitted yet but I promise to update My Story page with all of the nitty gritty.  It’s important.  We are all on this journey together.  Dream big, in beautiful colour and be very clear what motivates you to get out of bed and be your own Managing Director of your own business. 

My osteopathic practice within the first week of trading with Forever increased its sales justifying an order of over £1,000.  This was surprising.  I have always found it difficult to apply profit to supplements as I feel they’re already overpriced and if it makes my patients try them I would rather supply them at trade cost rather than they not take them.  By supplements I’ve previously been using anti-inflammatories, bile thinners, joint aids.  To use Aloe based products which are affordable, effective and have so many fringe benefits with the added power of vitamins/minerals, natural anti-inflammatory and pain killing properties it was a bit of a no brainer.
