Our story - Liz and I came to Scotland from Kenya in 2003. We knew no one other than our daughter. Without income or pension we were, as 60 year olds, not employable. We were introduced to FLP in January 2004 and decided, with a healthy dose of scepticism, to give it a go. Since then we have stuck with it (yes, there are plenty of highs and lows!) doing a little every day and we now know that everything we were shown is possible.
