CELLULITE.
The cellulite is a subcutaneous inflammation in certain areas of the body like the hips, the abdomen, the buttocks and the arms; generally it starts by the excessive and abnormal accumulation of fat, liquids, proteins and toxins, forming fatty deposits under the skin that gives it the appearance of orange peel.
This disorder has its origin in a poor diet, excessive fat ingestion, excessive intake of refined sugar and carbohydrates present in many foods, as well as the lack of exercise and not drinking natural water in sufficient amounts.
An effective way to reduce the cellulite is:
- To ingest foods with high vegetal fiber content (fruits and vegetables),
